Itinerary

● Today you will be boarding a Volvo bus to Kullu Manali from Delhi after 5 PM.

● It will be an overnight journey so make sure that you are well prepared.

● Once you reach Manali, check-in at the pre-booked camps/hotel.

● Today ’s day is rest and acclimatization day. You may enjoy a relaxing nature walk on your own to Hadimba Temple, and Manu temple in Old Manali village.

● Hadimba Temple is truly one-of-a-kind, as it is dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of the mighty Bhima from the Hindu epic Mahabharata.

● Manu Temple is located near the river Beas is dedicated to sage Manu, the creator of the world.

● Get ready for an orientation process and tour briefing in the evening.

● Dinner & Overnight Stay in Kullu Manali

● Bike Allotment will be done after breakfast.

● Start your bike journey towards Gonbo Rangjan.

● Enjoy the scenic ride through lush valleys and winding roads and Shikhula Pass which is one of the highest motarable road of Himachal Pradesh.

● Arrive at Gonbo Rangjan by late afternoon.

● Settle into your accommodation and rest for the night.

● Begin your ride towards Padum, the administrative center of Zanskar.

● Marvel at the rugged landscapes and remote villages along the way.

● Arrive in Padum by evening.

● Explore the local market and visit attractions like the Zangla Palace if time permits.

● Depart from Padum and head towards Kargil.

● Pass through breathtaking landscapes and cross the Suru Valley.

● Arrive in Kargil by late afternoon.

● Visit the Kargil War Memorial and pay homage to the soldiers.

● Embark on the journey from Kargil to Leh, the capital of Ladakh.

● Cross the famous Fotu La Pass and Namika La Pass en route.

● Rest and acclimatize to the higher altitude.

● Wake up to a refreshing morning and enjoy an awesome bike ride as your engines roar through the Nubra Valley, a cold desert with vast landscapes and mountain ranges.

● Feel the thrill of crossing one of the World's Highest Motorable Pass, Khardung La.

● On your way to Nubra, stay and enjoy the beautiful Budhha Statue and Diskit Monastery.

● Once you reach Nubra, enjoy a camel ride in the sand dunes (optional at additional cost). Later deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay provided in Nubra (Hunder).

● Dinner & Overnight Stay in Nubra Valley

● Prepare for another day of a daring off-roading experience as you traverse through untamed paths in the high mountains.

● The route leads to the beautiful Pangong Tso (lake) via Shyok river or Wari La Pass. It is quite challenging yet thrilling and is generally used by the army.

● On arrival, train your sights on the enchanting blue lake. (*In case Pangong Tso is closed then we shall ride back to Leh and do the day excursion to Pangong Tso on the next day in SUV/tempo traveler.)

● Once you reach Pangong Tso, enjoy the picturesque lake and magnificent views surrounding you. Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay.

● Dinner & Overnight Stay in Pangong Tso

● Depart from Pangong Lake and ride towards Tso Moriri, another stunning high-altitude lake.

● Traverse through rugged terrain and vast expanses of the Changthang Plateau.

● Arrive at Tso Moriri by evening.

● Enjoy the serene surroundings and overnight camping experience near the lake.

● Start your journey towards Sarchu, a high- altitude camping destination.

● Ride through picturesque landscapes and cross the More Plains.

● Arrive at Sarchu by late afternoon.

● Leave Sarchu and ride back towards Manali.

  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.

Based on our travel experts, a minimum of 5-6 days is good for covering all of the most popular places in Ladakh.

The famous things to buy while shopping in Ladakh can be divided into three categories:
● Everyday items: Apricot items, kitchenware, Kurtis, shawls, t-shirts, hats, Chhang (local alcoholic beverage)
● Artefacts: Tibetan handicrafts like Buddha statues, singing bowls, choktse (carved wooden tables painted in colours), prayer wheels, pashmina wool products, carpets & rugs.
● Souvenirs: Jewellery, baskets & bamboo baby cradles, beads, masks.

Yes, provided they are physically fit.

Taking rest for a day or two to get yourself acclimatized is a piece of advice that is always recommended. Also, it is always suggested to avoid any strenuous activity during your initial days.

Do note that cards are not accepted at major places like petrol pumps, restaurants, etc. And during your travel, only a few ATMs can be found at some places like Manali, Leh, Srinagar, which again aren’t a guarantee. It is recommended to carry at least ₹20,000 in hand to fill in as a bunker if needed.
